Please join other like-minded neighbors on Saturday, June 11, 9–11 am, for the spring clean-up to beautify our Burleith community. We count on support from our regulars to make this event a success. New faces are always welcome, of course, so please bring your neighbors! 

As with past clean-up events, we’ll meet at the 38th Street entrance of Ellington Field at 9 am, fuel up on coffee and breakfast snacks, and then fan out into the neighborhood for the next two hours. You can also help by doing some weeding at Ellington Field. 

GU will be collecting trash and items that require bulk pick-up. We encourage residents to focus first on their own blocks/alleys and place bagged and bulk trash conspicuously in alleys where GU trucks can collect those items during the clean-up event.
