Glover Park-Burleith farmers market

Join Community Foodworks and an array of vendors for the market, which is held every Saturday from May 8 through November 19, 9 am to 1 pm, at the parking lot of Hardy Middle School, 1819 35th Street NW, across from Safeway. Check out our Facebook page.

Celebrate the start of November with local produce from Westmoreland Farm and Spring Valley Farm and Orchard: Winter and summer squash, 9 varieties of heirloom apples, garlic, brussel sprouts, 3 varieties of potatoes, beets, radishes, salad greens, hardy greens, herbs, fresh cut flowers, and more!

Plus baked goods by Bonaparte Cafe and Whisked!, all-natural meat and dairy by Country Vittles at Critter Hill Farm (now taking Thanksgiving Turkey orders!), organic coffee by Carlos at Café Los Sueños, and all-natural lunch options by Whirled Peas.

Pop Ups: Habitat Woodworks (great handmade cutting boards and desks!), Cold Country sustainably caught seafood, and Strut Truck for local fashion items!

Come out with the whole familylive music by a local band, Chubbzy the clown with face painting and balloon animals, hula hooping, and bike sales and repairs

This market is brought to you by Community Foodworks, 501(c)3 non-profit. All SNAP, WIC, and Senior FMNP doubled. Questions/Suggestions? Let's hear them! Email gpb@cfwdc.org.
