Georgetown University's 2000-2010 Campus Plan: The revised conditions by the BZA were issued on August 6, 2001 and the amended order is supposed to be "final".
 
Washington International School: In March 2000, the Liaison Committee voted to permit WIS to increase its enrollment to 425 students. The WIS ultimate goal is a 475-student cap.
 
Duke Ellington Field: The athletic field with main entrance at 38th and R Streets was formerly the home field for Western High School.
 
Corcoran School of Art at Fillmore: A BZA order in 1998 permitted operation of the Corcoran School of Art at the former Fillmore School site. The beautiful Tot Lot has been finished and is being enjoyed by neighborhood children.
 
Hillandale Entrance Modifications and Other Development Issues: At its July 3, 2002 meeting, the ANC endorsed an agreement between Burleith and Hillandale that would allow cars exiting Hillandale to safely turn left towards S Street provided that restrictions were placed on cut-through traffic from Reservoir Road.
