Burleith.org they are counted as a "Unique Visit". Everytime they visit a page on
the web site, the "Pageload" counter is incremented. If a visitor has cookies enabled
and has visited the site previously, they are counted as a "Returning Visit", otherwise
they are counted as a "First Time Visit".
