BURLEITH TEE SHIRTS FOR SALE!

Support our community and look very cool at the same time with one of our brand
new, hot off the presses, Burleith tee shirts. The tees debuted at the Burleith picnic in June
and were an instant hit with everyone. The tee shirts have BURLEITH spelled out over the left
breast while our VILLAGE IN THE CITY logo runs across the upper back. The shirts come in grey
and white with blue lettering. If we don't have your size right now, we will be placing more
orders. Children's shirts are $10, adult shirts are $15.

Profits from the shirts will help support the BCA's ongoing operations which include:
|
- Protecting the interests of the residents and homeowners
- Helping neighbors meet neighbors at BCA events (summer picnic, winter gale, annual meeting, annual flea market)
- Spreading important information specific to Burleith via the list serve, newsletter, the BCA Web site, community alerts, etc.
- Improving and beautifying the neighborhood with spring/fall clean-ups
- Supporting neighborhood advocacy and projects (your representatives work with the ANC, the city, Georgetown University, Metropolitan Police Department, DC schools, other local citizens' associations
- Working on zoning, alcoholic beverage control issues, public safety, noise, traffic, parking, utilities and more.
