Filmore School has been purchased by EastBanc, Anthony Lanier's development group. We expect the Tot Lot
to remain untouched. Townhouses will be built in the parking lot and the main building will be converted into condominiums.
At a leadership meeting with EastBanc, the BCA expressed the importance of having enough parking for the development.
Community concerns range from parking to density and quality-of-life issues. The ANC and BCA will be actively involved in
